Dream catcher 2 is a multi centre turned piece and is all one piece of Matai. The outer part of the piece is textured and painted with copper acrylic paint. When the paint dried I rubbed shoe polish over the painted surface which gave the copper paint an aged look.

This piece received 1st place for Woodturning/Miscellaneous at TURNZ 2004 woodturning competition.
